Use Contacts to build the audience for WhatsApp campaigns and broadcasts.
Use tags to segment contacts (for example, Lead, Customer, High intent).
Use filters to target the right audience before sending.
Use custom parameters to personalize templates with dynamic fields.
Then create and publish your broadcast in KWIC Campaigns.
Contacts page overview
When you open the Contacts page, you can see the complete list of contacts available in your account.
The total number of contacts is displayed at the top for quick reference.

Mobile number
Tags
Campaign status
Creation date
Each contact also includes action options to edit or delete the contact.
