To add a new contact, click Add Contact in the top-right corner of the screen. This option lets you manually add a contact to your contact list.

Step 1: Log in to your KWIC account

Log in using your registered credentials.

Step 2: Open Contacts

After you log in, you will land on the dashboard. From the main menu, click Contacts.

Step 3: Click Add Contact

On the Contacts page, click Add Contact in the top-right corner.

Step 4: Enter customer details

Enter contact name and phone number in KWIC

To add a single contact, fill in the following details:

  • Customer name

  • Customer mobile number

Important note on mobile number:

Enter the country code followed by the mobile number. Do not include the plus (+) symbol.
