Campaign list & metrics

The Campaigns screen displays a list of all campaigns in the system, including status, performance, and available actions.

Campaigns header

At the top, the page title “Campaigns” indicates this section is used to manage and monitor all campaigns.

In the top-right corner, you can find:

  • New Campaign button: Creates a new campaign.

  • Refresh icon: Refreshes the campaign list and shows the latest status.

Below the header, the following options are available:

  • Filter by status: Filters campaigns by their status (for example, Completed or Pending).

  • Sort by name: Sorts campaigns alphabetically by campaign name.

  • Search campaign: Searches for a specific campaign by name.

Campaign list table (delivery metrics)

The main section of the screen shows a table with all campaigns and their details.

Columns explanation:

  • Campaign Name: Displays the campaign name.

  • Status: Shows the current status (for example, Completed).

  • Success: Displays the success rate and the number of messages delivered.

  • Failed: Displays the failure rate and the number of failed messages.

  • Platform: Indicates the channel used (for example, WhatsApp).

  • Created On: Shows the date the campaign was created.

  • Actions: Provides action icons such as:

    • View analytics / report (bar chart icon)

    • Delete campaign (delete icon)

Status indicators

  • A green Completed label indicates the campaign finished sending messages.

  • 100% success means all messages were delivered successfully.

  • 100% failed means all messages failed to deliver.
