Step-by-step guide to create, schedule, and publish a WhatsApp campaign in KWIC.

Step 1: Log in

Log in to your KWIC account.

Step 2: Open Campaigns

After you log in, click Campaigns.

Step 3: Create a new campaign

In the top-right corner, click New Campaign.

Step 4: Choose a template

You will see two options:

• Choose Template: Use an existing approved template (required to run a campaign).

• Create New Template: Create a new template if you do not have one.

Step 5: Preview the template

After selecting a template, review the preview.

If changes are required, edit the template in Templates. Then click Next.

Step 6: Select the audience

Choose the audience for the campaign.

You can select up to 10,000 audience members.

Step 7: Schedule the campaign

Enter the campaign name.

Then choose when the campaign should be sent:

• Send it now

• Schedule sending

Step 8: Publish the campaign

• If you choose Send it now, click Publish Campaign.

• If you choose Schedule sending, select the date and time, then click Publish Campaign.

Step 9: Enable MM-Lite API (optional)

Enable MM-Lite API (high-volume sending option) if required.

It helps deliver high-volume sends without risking your account.

Step 10: Campaign execution

After publishing, the campaign runs based on your selected option.
