Campaign is not sending

  • Check the campaign schedule time and timezone.

  • Confirm the campaign status is not Draft or Paused.

High “Failed” rate

  • Confirm the template is approved and matches the campaign intent.

  • Verify the audience list has valid numbers with country codes.

  • Reduce message volume per batch if needed. Use MM‑Lite API for high volume.

Campaign stuck in “Pending”

  • Pending typically means Meta review or processing is in progress.

  • Refresh the page and check again after a short wait.

Template not available when creating a campaign

  • You can only use templates that are approved and available in your template list.

  • Create or update templates in KWIC Templates.
