What template statuses mean in KWIC and what you can do next.
Templates must be approved by Meta before you can send them on WABA.
Approved: You can use the template for campaigns and automations.
Pending: Meta is reviewing the template. You cannot send it yet.
Rejected: Update the content (often category, wording, or buttons), then resubmit.
Only Approved templates can be sent via WhatsApp Business API.
Use KWIC Template Library to view status, preview content, and submit.
