Use catalog, product, and order actions in BotFlow to build WhatsApp commerce flows.
Commerce actions
Use commerce actions to show products, collect order details, and manage carts.
Open the Flow Builder, then select Catalog.
Edit the message
Click the pencil icon. In the Body, type your catalog message.
Example: “Check out all our products here.”
Enhancements:
Bold, italic, strikethrough
Add a footer message if needed
Sets group related products inside a catalog.

Create or select a set
Create or select a Catalog Set.
Go to Set Catalog Segments. Select the product and assign it to the required Product Set.
Adjust product flow (optional)
Use Product Flow to manage how products appear.
Example sets:
The Product section is where you decide which products are shown or selected by the customer.

Write the message
Enter the Body message explaining the product. Add variables and formatting if needed.
Add a Footer (optional), then click Save.
Order Details sends confirmed order information to the customer.

Click Order Details.
Write the message
Enter the Body message. Add variables and formatting (emoji, bold, italic, strikethrough) if needed.
Add Footer, select Country, choose Product Type (Physical or Digital), and select Commercial Manager.
Expiry message and save
Enter Expired Description, then click Save.
Create Order converts selected products into an official order and defines the order flow.

Click Create Order, then select product items.
Add customer address
Add Customer Address.
Configure Result Variable and add Response Variables. Review the available response variables.
Clear Cart removes all products previously added by the customer.
Clear Cart action in KWIC BotFlow commerce actions Add Clear Cart to the flow.
Behavior:
When the customer clicks the button, all cart items are removed instantly.
Use this when:
Customer cancels the order
Customer wants to start again
