Automated Actions

Automated Actions are built-in automations in KWIC.

They run when a specific event happens in a chat or workflow.

Use them for:

  • Working hours and after-hours replies

  • Customer engagement replies (welcome, fallback, flow session expired)

  • Follow-ups and resolution handling

  • E-commerce payment notifications
