Quick Reply lets you save predefined messages to send instantly.

Step 1: Log in

Log in to your KWIC account.

Step 2: Open Automations

Go to Automations.

Open Automations from the KWIC menu (Quick Reply)

Step 3: Open Quick Reply

Find Quick Reply.

Step 4: Add a reply

Click Add Reply (top-right corner).

Configure the Quick Reply

Quick Reply editor: name, message, and variables

• Name the reply.

• Write the message.

• Add variables (optional).

• Click Save.

Use Quick Reply

• Go to Chats.

• Click the Quick Reply icon (⚡).

• Select a reply and send it.
