Trigger replies or flows when a user sends a specific keyword.

A keyword action automates replies based on specific keywords entered by users.

Access Keyword Actions

Step 1: Log in

Log in to your KWIC account.

Step 2: Open Automations

Go to Automations.

Navigate to Automations menu (Keyword Actions)

Step 3: Open Keyword Actions

Search for Keyword Actions.

Step 4: Add a keyword

Click Add Keyword (top-right corner).

Configure the Keyword

  • Type the Keyword.

  • Enable Exact Match (optional).

  • Click Next.

Assign Keyword to Action

  • Text: assign an existing text or create a new one.

  • Flow: assign an existing flow or create a new flow.

  • Image: search and assign an image.

Save Configuration

  • Click Save.
