After-Hours Reply (outside working hours)

Set a response for messages received outside working hours.

Step 1: Open After-Hours Reply

Locate the After-Hours Reply option.

Step 2: Enable After-Hours Reply

You will see a slider. Click it to enable it.

Step 3: Choose what to send

  • Custom Reply Material – Send a message from your custom replies.

  • Flows – Choose and send a flow.

Unavailable During Working Hours (no agent available)

Send a message when no one is available to respond during working hours.

Find the Unavailable During Working Hours option.

Step 2: Enable it

Click the slider to enable it.

Step 3: Choose what to send

Delayed Response Alert (wait-time message)

Notify users if they wait more than 15 minutes for a reply during working hours.
