Set working hours, timezone, and holiday mode in Automated Actions.

Working hours

Working Hours tells KWIC when your team is Online vs Offline.

Step 1: Open Working Hours

Go to the working hours section and click Edit.

Step 2: Review the Working Hours screen

The screen will appear as shown.

Step 3: Select time zone

Select the time zone based on your country.

Step 4: Confirm working days

After selecting the time zone, the days from Monday to Saturday will be displayed.

Step 5: Set working hours per day

Set the working time for each day.

Step 6: Add a second time slot (optional)

If you need two time slots for a day, click + (plus) and add the new time.

Step 7: Mark a day as closed (optional)

If you want to close a day, click Open. It will change to Closed.

Step 8: Enable Holiday Mode (optional)

Use Holiday Mode to automatically send replies during holidays when you are unavailable.

Activate it by clicking the Holiday Mode button.
